For AI Filmmakers

Your AI films, streaming on real TVs — not just a feed.

Horizon is a real TV app — the kind that lives on the same screen as Netflix and Hulu — with a dedicated AI Films category built for full-length and short AI-made titles. If you're making movies with Runway, Sora, Kling, or any other tool, this is a catalog built with you in mind. Traditional filmmakers are welcome too — every submission is reviewed on the same bar either way.

The Process

From submission to the screen

A straightforward, four-step review — no agents, no gatekeepers, just a real look at your work, however you made it.

1

Submit

Create an account and tell us about your project — title, format, filmmaking approach, synopsis, and your video file.

2

Review & QC

Our team reviews your submission for quality, technical standards, and audience fit.

3

Selection

Selected titles move forward under the terms of our Content Agreement — read it before you submit.

4

Goes Live

Your title is added to the Horizon TV app catalog for subscribers to discover and stream.

Why Horizon

Built for where AI filmmaking is headed

A real AI Films category

Not buried in a general feed — Horizon's AI Films category is a dedicated home for full-length and short AI-made titles, so viewers looking for AI cinema can find yours directly.

Keep your rights, keep your reach

Our License Agreement is non-exclusive — stream on Horizon and keep posting to YouTube, Vimeo, or anywhere else you already reach an audience. We never ask you to give that up.

Get paid as you're watched

Compensation can be structured as a revenue-share or per-view royalty tied to real, tracked viewership — not just a one-time flat fee that caps your upside.

Judged on the work, not the workflow

Review focuses on quality, craft, and catalog fit — not whether a film was shot on a set or generated with a model.

Straightforward terms

Our Content Agreement is public and linked from the submission form — read exactly what selection means before you apply.

Clear decisions

Every submission gets a real review and a real answer — selected or not.

A Note on AI Content

Purely AI-generated work isn't copyrightable — AI-assisted work can be

Under current U.S. copyright law, content generated entirely by AI with no meaningful human creative input generally isn't eligible for copyright protection. Films and series that use AI as a tool alongside real human authorship — direction, editing, meaningful creative choices — can be. We ask about this directly on the submission form, and it's addressed in full in our Content Agreement.
